Reporting on Your SLRP

State Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) grantees must submit grant performance and final reports online through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) to remain in compliance with the SLRP grant, just as other organizations that receive funds from the HRSA must do.  You must also fulfill requirements related to your CCR and DUNS number.  The following provides additional information that will assist you in completing these grant requirements.

CCR and DUNS Requirements

SLRP grant recipients must:

  • Maintain an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
  • Keep your CCR registration current.
  • Renew and revalidate your registration at least once a year.
  • Provide your Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number to each application you submit.
