The National Health Service Corps Uniform Data System (NHSC UDS) is a data collection system for NHSC sites other than Federally Qualified Health Centers, who report through the Health Center UDS.
These data help the NHSC satisfy reporting requirements mandated by Congress and provide information on services sites, including
- services provided
- number of patients served
- staffing
- production
- finances
- managed care enrollment
If you have an NHSC-obligated clinician working for you at any point between April 1 and September 30, you must file an NHSC UDS report.
When the data are compiled, aggregate data will be made available so you can compare your operations to statewide and national averages. Individual site data are kept confidential.
Software required for reporting will be mailed with a user manual at the end of December. If you do not receive the software by mid-January, please send an e-mail request or phone 1-888-459-1080.
